Tom grew up surfing in the BVI surfing at Josiah's Bay and soon graduated to breaks across the islands. Competing in the Red Stripe Surf Series as a grom Tom was keen to build on what others have founded and formalized the BVI National Surfing Association in 2024.  17 years of Executive Board experience with BVI Rugby Union ideally positioned Tom to lead the team at BVI NSA. 

Josh is deeply intrenched in sports organization in the British Virgin Islands. He is the current President of Baseball affairs for VISBA coaching the youth national baseball team and a big star on the local fast pitch softball league.

Hailing from Virgin Gorda, Josh works in Tortola and is leading the charge on safety and first aid/life saving programs. 

Accountant wiz kid and committed wave rider "Jovie" keeps the books and handles AML matters on behalf of the Association. His input in board meetings has been priceless.

The absolute bossman of BVI surfing for decades, Ben is a complete surfer and has big plans in the works for developing the homme grown BVI talent. 

Legendary BVI fisherman and former BVI lifeguard Zak is known by every waterman and women in the country. Zak will be taking surfers issues to the board and also leading our swim program.
